Shipping Information

What shipping options are there?

You can choose between standard shipping and express shipping on la-poso.com.

  • Of the  Standard Shipping  is free of charge for you and we will inform you by e-mail as soon as your bag is on its way to you.

  • The  express delivery  you can select when completing the order for €29.90. Your bag will then be sent to you as quickly as possible. Of course, we will also inform you about the status of your delivery in the case of express delivery.

Deliveries are always made from Monday to Saturday by one of our logistics partners.  

Return & Refund

How many days do you have to return your bag?

Returns can be made within 60 days from the delivery date by sending your bag back via courier to the address provided on the returns label.

What are the return policies?

Each bag must be in its original condition and packaging (not shipping packaging). Used or damaged bags and original packaging will not be accepted.

How can you return your bag?

Start the return process by sending us an email to service@la-poso.com. Help us to get to know our customers even better and let us know the reason for your return.

If the return is approved, we will email you a return label from our logistics partner. Pack your bag in the original packaging. Please note that your bag must be in new, unused condition and the original packaging must also be intact.  

Print out the return label and attach it to the package. You can hand in the labeled parcel to any parcel acceptance point of our logistics partner free of charge.  

How long does it take for the refund to be made?

We need a maximum of 14 days after receipt of goods to process your refund. You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail as soon as we receive your bag. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Additional charges for expedited shipping are non-refundable.
